Zehua’s passion stems from her eclectic explorations in fine art, including graphic design, sculpture, and illustration. By intertwining the aesthetics behind art and the advancements of technology, Zehua explores to bridge the connection between virtual and visceral. Wu developed a system of mechanisms which allowed for her to create 3-D textiles and surfaces used for wearable fashion.

The stories behind Zehua’s collections come from her multi-cultural background with a nationality of China and an education in both the US and the UK. After engaging with the different cultures’ lifestyles, she believes to exhibit the truths of value and their craftsmanship.

Zehua has showcased her work in various presentations worldwide in New York, Boston, London, and Beijing. Her 2022 collection ‘The Artificial Flower’ collection shortly gained recognition after its debut, from publications such as New York Times, Tótem Magazine, and Numero China.

By pushing past the boundaries of art and fashion, she works in interdisciplinary approaches to present a body of innovative work. Zehua envisions a new cultural phenomenon in the society that redefines modern art by implementing the value and depth of fine art and technology in a fashion system.
